  • 1-2 drops of peppermint essential oil (optional)

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a clean bowl, making a thick paste. Add spices or essential oil, if desired. Scoop mixture into clean container.

2.  Ultra-hydrating lip balm:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of honey

Directions:

Massage on and around lips, and leave mixture on for 5 minutes before wiping off. The coconut oil will restore the lipid layer on the skin, while the honey acts as a moisturising and antibacterial agent.
